Passion Fruit Mousse recipe card

Passion Fruit Mouse

  • 1 Cup Passion Fruit Pulp/Juice (Seeded)
  • 3 Cups of Heavy Cream*
  • 10 oz. Sweetened Condensed Milk*


  1. Use an electric mixer to mix heavy cream until it holds stiff peaks.
  2. In a seperate bowl whisk together passion fruit pulp with condensed milk.
  3. Gradually fold whipped cream into passion fruit mixture.
  4. Refridgerate for at least two hours before serving.

*For vegan option: substitute coconut whipping cream and coconut sweetened condensed milk.
